Wood effects and textures
Actually there were 2 editions of this festival. And this one is the second – the first was called “Grand Symposium international de sculpture sur bois”. For this kind of event in Saint-Hubert they often use a deer for any visual communication design. But I though interesting, this time, to use a workhorse. An iconic companion of forest workers in this Province.
I also incorporated the coat of arms redrawn in Adobe Photoshop with a set of woody textures. Several hours of work on the layers, on colors, and on border effects to bring relief and realistic cut aspects.
